Refund Policy

This policy explains when payments made on Newcomers Careers can be refunded.

Job postings

You can get a full refund for a posting within 48 hours of it going live. After that, postings are not refundable.
Postings we remove for breaking our Terms of Service are not refunded.
If a payment was taken in error, for example a duplicate charge, we refund it in full.

Auto-renewals

You can turn off auto-renew at any time to stop future charges.
If an auto-renewal charged you before you turned auto-renew off, ask within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it and take the renewed posting down.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@newcomerscareers.ca with your invoice number. Approved refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
